Counterfactuals for Causal Responsibility in Legal Contexts

Holger Andreas, Matthias Armgardt, and I refined the simple counterfactual approach to causal responsibility in legal contexts. The refinement uses nested conditionals and solves the overdetermination problem in an intuitively accessible way.
